The active ingredient Tadalafil belongs to a group of medicines known as PDE5 inhibitors. They work by relaxing blood vessels, allowing more blood flow to the Penis.

Considered to be the most cost-effective treatment, tadalafil is favoured by many because it works faster, within a longer period (within the body for up to 36 hours) and has fewer side effects than alternative treatments, in addition to that, the consumption of food has no effect on tadalafil, so can be taken any time making it a more convenient option for many men.
